Migrated from India to Canada in 2017 with a passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to the industry. With a background in General Studies (Biology major) from Douglas College in New Westminster, I’ve always been drawn to helping others and improving lives.

In 2019, I began my journey in the eyecare industry as an optometric assistant in Surrey, where I worked diligently to grow my skills and move into dispensing. I truly enjoy interacting with patients and assisting them with selecting the perfect eyewear for their needs. My goal is to become a licensed optician, and I’m excited to continue learning and evolving in this field.

The beauty of Victoria (Vancouver Island) captured my heart during a visit over New Year’s 2020, and by the end of that year, my family and I made the move. Working at Cordova Bay Optometry has allowed me to connect with wonderful people and serve the community I now call home.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, dancing, exploring new restaurants, and traveling whenever I get the chance.
